1. Identification is not required to tour a property. We do not require prospective homebuyers or renters to show identification before viewing a property. We may, for safety and to comply with the law, ask for identification before accepting an offer to purchase or a rental application.
2. An exclusive broker agreement is not required. You are not required to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement with Darren K Real Estate, LLC in order to receive our services or to view a property.
3. Mortgage pre-approval is not required to view listings. Prospective buyers are not required to obtain mortgage pre-approval to tour a property. We do recommend obtaining a pre-approval letter (or proof of funds for cash buyers) before submitting an offer, as it strengthens your offer and helps the transaction move smoothly.
4. Equal service to all. We serve all prospective clients without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, sex, age, disability, marital status, lawful source of income, familial status, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local fair housing law.
5. No fees to view a property. Darren K Real Estate, LLC will never ask you for a payment to reserve, hold, or view a property. Such charges are prohibited under New York law.
